Rental Policy

Deposit of $100 is required to hold equipment

The Mixx guarantees that all equipment is without defect.

Clients accept all responsibility for damage to or injury caused by use of the equipment.

Clients will be charged costs as determined by The Mixx if any equipment is returned damaged or excessively dirty.

Clients will be charged the full cost of any item lost, not returned or irreparable.

Balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event. PAYMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Credits may be applied at The Mixx' discretion.

All rentals require a $100 security deposit to be returned on pick up of equipment if equipment has been determined in good condition.

All rentals are for 6 hour time periods. After 6 hours a fee of $25 will be charged per hour. Pickups after 12:30am will be an additional fee of $40 per hour.
